Covid-19 Shipping Delays Explained

Hello Polkadot Cuties!

Polkadot Cute is a small indie brand that mostly consists of just little ole me. I design the products, do the inventory, process the orders, handle the social media, etc etc etc. I realized that if I wanted to make my shop the way I envisioned it I would have to outsource, which I started this year in January. Some of my merch is shipped directly from me to you and some of it is shipped from our third-party partner. This company is much larger than just me and they're being hit pretty hard by Covid-19. No, none of their employees are sick, but they are having to stagger employees to stay compliant with the CDC guidelines to reduce the spread of the virus.

So what does that mean for us? Shipping delays. At first, I thought it would be delayed by a few days or a week, but nope. The current turnaround is 3-6 weeks or 22-27 business days. They are working as fast as they can while staying safe and I appreciate them for that, but I wanted to let everyone know what's up.

All orders placed with just items I currently make myself are still shipping the next business day. So if you make a split order with items from the third-party and me, you'll receive your package from me first. 

I am very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.
