All sales are final and may not be returned or exchanged unless it arrives damaged or I have sent you the wrong item. 

If an item arrives damaged you have 7 days to contact me via email. Please provide photo proof.

Yes. At this time we are only accepting payment via Paypal.



  • Are all of your items handmade?
Majority of our items are handmade or hand assembled to ensure consistency and durability.



  • Do you ship overseas?
  • Yes! Polkadot Cute can ship WORLDWIDE! International customers please keep in mind that shipping is slightly more expensive than domestic shipping and international customers are responsible for paying their own countries custom fees should they occur.

  • How long does it take for my item to be shipped?
  • Please allow 1-2 days for processing and shipping.

    We cannot ship on weekends, U.S. Holidays, Shop vacations and during convention weekends. All orders made during that time will be placed on hold and shipped the following Monday (or next postal business day).

  • How long does it take to receive my order?
  • All Domestic orders are shipped First Class and take around 2-3 days to make it to their destination. International orders can take around 1-2 weeks to make it to their destination. Tracking is provided on all orders and will be sent out with order confirmations. You can track your package at In the event that you haven't received your order, please contact us using the contact page so we can look into the matter. To avoid confusion or not getting your package, please check to be sure your address is always up to date.
