Polkadot Cute ships WORLDWIDE using USPS.
International customers, please keep in mind that shipping is slightly more expensive than domestic shipping and international customers are responsible for paying their own countries customs fees.
All items are processed and shipped same day (excluding web exclusives. See below for details). Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to update after the shipping confirmation.
Web Exclusive items ship from a different location than our main goods and require additional shipping times so if you place a mixed order your order will arrive in 2 different packages at 2 different times. Both include separate tracking numbers.

With the introduction of apparel to our stock, we now have our stock split between our 'main HQ' and our 'manu HQ'. You may have your order contain any of our products, but please note that items split between the two will be packed, shipped and arrive separately. 



What is your return policy?

All sales are final and may not be returned or exchanged. An exception is made for items that arrive damaged or in the rare case you receive the wrong order.

If your item arrives damaged please contact us ASAP with your Order # and photos of the damage. 

We cannot ship on weekends, U.S. Holidays, Shop vacations and during convention weekends. All orders made during that time will be placed on hold and shipped the following Monday (or next postal business day)
